# User synchronisation against Enterprise Architect does not work

### Answer

<span lang="EN-GB" xml:lang="EN-GB">Make sure that the user has access to the repository.   
The portal administrator is not automatically taken as a repository user and has to be exactly assigned to the repository; otherwise, it will not be connected to Enterprise Architect.</span>
