# Access Tokens



# List of Access Keys

Whenever a user uses the “*Direct Access URL*” option, the key for that URL is saved in the access key list.  
If a user no longer wants to be able to access the relevant address without a password through this key, he/she has the option to delete it here.

The list of active access keys is available by clicking on the arrow next to the “*Repository*” tab and in the subsequently expanded submenu on the “*Access Key List*” tab.

# Creating an access key

To add an access key, a user finds an artefact in the repository and runs the detail – then he/she clicks on the arrow to the right to expand the menu and selects the “*Direct Access URL*” – then he/she clicks on copy and at this point the key is added to the access key list.

# Transfer of access keys

After selecting the user, specify which access keys to transfer (using the checkbox). Confirm the selection with the green "Transfer" button.

To transfer access keys, it is necessary that the user to whom we are transferring the key has at least the same permissions on the package.

# To remove an access key

In the access key list, the user sees the active keys.  
He can use the filter to find the key and if he wants to remove it, he can select it with the left mouse button and then click on the "Remove" button.

# Access tokens of deleted users

The Access tokens of a user who has been deleted are transferred from the "Access tokens" section to " The Access toknes of deleted users" section.

Access toknes of deleted users can be filtered, transferred and removed in the same way as "Access tokens".

# List of public diagrams

Access diagrams are available by clicking on the arrow next to the "Repository" tab and in the subsequently expanded "List of public diagrams" submenu.

Whenever the user uses the "URL for public diagram" option, the key of this URL is saved in the "List of public diagrams".

If the user no longer wants to be able to access the corresponding URL without a password, he has the option to remove the key here.

# Permissions - Access to publish public keys (permalinks)

There is a new option in EaIfoport to set "Access to publish public keys" for users.

After installing version 8.7.0, users who create permalinks must set the permissions otherwise they will lose this option.

Setting option:

1\) Portal Management > Users management > Repositories > select the required permissions  
2\) Click on Repository Model > Repository Management > Users Management > Permissions
