Historical artifacts (these are artifacts that have expired publications) are used to preserve rejected and historicized diagrams.From these states, they can be re-approved if necessary.

The user can view the list of historicized diagrams and also view the historicized diagrams (including element details).It is therefore a very efficient way of versioning.
